Is Soko Live free to use?
Yes. Creating an account, watching lives and browsing videos is free. Sellers pay a small fee only when they make a sale.
How do I pay?
With M-Pesa. Tap Buy, enter your number and approve the prompt on your phone. No card is needed.
What if my order never arrives?
Your money is held by Soko Live until you confirm you received your order. If something is wrong, report it in the app and the payment stays frozen while our team looks into it. You can also raise a support ticket and chat with our team.
How do I become a seller?
Create an account, verify your email, then tap “Start selling” in your profile and verify your ID. After that you can add products and go live.
When do sellers get paid?
When the buyer confirms they received the order, or automatically after the review period if nobody reports a problem. Sellers then withdraw to M-Pesa from their wallet.
How do I contact support?
Open the app, go to Profile and tap Help to raise a ticket, or email admin@sokolive.net.
